Refund Policy

At Shed Signs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at info@shedsigns.au to request a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:
    • A return shipping label.
    • Instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship the item back to:
    Unit 4, 5-7 Shaban Street, Albion Park Rail NSW 2527.

Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at info@shedsigns.au.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Clear photos of the damage.
    • Photos of the packaging and shipping label.
  3. Once we evaluate the issue, we’ll work with you to make it right, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.

Note: Claims made after 48 hours of parcel receipt may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, or plants.
  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous items.
  • Personal Care Items: Beauty or hygiene products.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: These are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to:

  1. Return the item you have.
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@shedsigns.au.
